iSAP.Life Privacy Policy

iSAP.Life (isap.life) is operated by iSAP Solutions LTD, part of the iSAP Group. This page explains what we collect, why, and how you can reach us about it. It describes what the app and website actually do today; it will be updated as the product grows and is under legal review.

What we collect

• Account: you sign in with your iSAP account. We receive your email address and an account identifier.
• Quote and order details: vehicle details (make, model, year, value), and if you choose to fill in the optional driver section, date of birth, licence history and nationality, used only to calculate a price. Your name, phone and email if you request an order.
• Payment: handled by iSAP.Wallet. We do not see or store your card or bank details.
• Technical: a signed, HttpOnly session cookie to keep you signed in, and cookies for your language and light/dark preference. No advertising or analytics trackers.

What we do not collect

We do not collect health data through iSAP.Life, and health data is never shared with the iSAP Group's shared CRM.

Who we share it with

• iSAP.ONE (our group CRM): your account identifier, your order/policy reference and status, so our team can support you. Never your health data.
• Insurer or broker partner: the details needed to prepare and issue a policy, once that partner is connected.
• iSAP.Wallet: to process payment.

We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with advertisers.

How long we keep it

• Saved quote requests are kept for 30 days, then automatically removed.
• Records used only to slow down abuse (rate limiting) are removed after about an hour.
• For other records, such as orders and policies, we are still finalising a retention schedule; until then we keep only what is needed to provide the service and meet legal requirements.

Your choices

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by writing to support@isap.life. You must be 18 or older to request a motor insurance quote through iSAP.Life.
